HVAC Orchestration Manager

What You’ll Do

You aren’t just answering phones; you are mission controller, the master logistics coordinator, and the backbone of our day-to-day operations in Phoenix, AZ, and Boise, ID.

• 
  Orchestrate the Dispatch Board: Use your previous dispatch experience to route our techs efficiently across the Valley. You know how to read a map, juggle emergency calls, and keep response times fast without burning out our crew.
• Conduct the Equipment Purchasing: You will handle the purchasing of all HVAC equipment and components for upcoming installs. You know exactly what a split system or packaged unit needs, how to negotiate with suppliers, and how to get the right parts to the job site on time.
• Lead the Office Culture: Keep our customer service standard high. We don't play sales games, so your job is to ensure our customers get an honest, stress-free experience from the moment they call to the final follow-up.
• Own the Daily Grind: Handle office admin, coordinate with the field, track installation schedules, maintain the fleet, and keep our documentation tight.

Who You Are

You're the kind of person who obsesses over the details. Everything has to be just right in its place and in order. You're willing to fight for what's right and hold the line on how we do things at Fix it Frankie.

You have years of experience in essential home services (plumbing, electrical, or ideally, HVAC). You know how to run the CRM and the dispatch board. You know how to dispatch for profitability and for efficiency. You know how to get equipment ordered and out to technicians fast. You have relationships in the industry, and you have the ambition to grow this company.

• 
  An Experienced Dispatcher: You’ve run a dispatch board before (preferably in residential home services/HVAC). You don't freeze when three emergencies hit at 5:30 PM in the middle of July.
• HVAC Equipment Savvy: You know the difference between a condenser and an air handler, and you have solid experience purchasing installation equipment. You can look at a tech's install order and know if a part is missing before it hits the truck.
• Organized and Proactive: You don’t need your hand held. You see a problem, you fix it right the first time.
• A Good-Hearted Person: We hire people with great character and high competence. You care about doing the right thing for our team and our customers.
