Description
As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for helping FITWORKS members achieve their health and fitness goals. We are looking for positive team players to join our AWESOME team!
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and confirming client sessions
- Educating and enforcing policies regarding safe and proper use of equipment
- Walking the fitness floor while engaging and assisting members
- Setting up member engagement and education displays
- Attendance at monthly Personal Trainer staff meetings
- Offering feedback and suggestions for on-going improvement and growth of the Personal Training Department

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Current Personal Training Certification (National Certification preferred)
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications Required
- Ability to instruct and educate clients on basic exercise physiology and inform them of proper lifting and exercise techniques
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Ability to communicate positively with potential members, current members, club guests, and all FITWORKS team members
- Willingness to be trained on all FITWORKS systems and processes
- Familiarity with CMS/CRM software a plus
- Desire to achieve set goals and metrics in a fast-paced environment
