Job Description:
- Promote a high energy, fast paced, welcoming atmosphere for all FITWORKS members.
- Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators, including membership sales, membership retention, personal training and rehab and recovery wellness solutions.
- Front of Club Management including:
- Member services requests.
- Outbound sales calls with prospects originated by lead generation software.
- Direct incoming inquires via phone, e-mail and text.
- Maintain a clean working environment, including assisting in sanitation efforts as needed.
- Monitor inventory needs throughout the Club.
