What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Care Attendant position at FITWORKS?
As a Child Care Attendant, you will provide a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children while their parents enjoy their workouts. We are looking for positive team players to join our AWESOME team!
Responsibilities:
- Greeting all parents and children who enter Playland with a smile!
- Verifying our members have checked their children in and out of Playland
- Provide a safe, fun, and engaging space for children
- To be always present (emotionally and physically)
- Keeping Playland clean and sanitized
- Assist Front-Desk Attendants and Cleaning Technicians when Playland is unoccupied

Requirements:
- Willing to undergo a background check in accordance with federal and local laws/regulations
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Ability to communicate positively with potential members, current members, club guests, and all FITWORKS team members
- Willingness to be trained on all FITWORKS systems and processes
- Ability to earn and keep the confidence of our members while supervising their children
