Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finish Carpenter. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing craftsmanship and precision to interior and exterior finishing projects, ensuring every detail meets high standards of quality and durability.

Duties
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install interior and exterior trim, moldings, cabinetry, doors, and windows with precision.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute detailed finishing work accurately.
- Install fixtures, hardware, siding, stucco, and other building components according to specifications.
- Perform framing tasks including metal stud framing and concrete forming as needed for finishing touches.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete projects on time and within scope.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the project to ensure finishes meet design standards and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 20 years experience with 2 references needed.
- Proven experience in finish carpentry, trim carpentry, framing carpentry, or related construction roles.
- Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, chisels, hammers; power tools including drills, sanders, nail guns; and CNC machinery is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, metal stud framing, drywall installation (plastering), flooring installation (tile and wood), roofing, siding, stucco application, and fixture installation.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in fabrication and finishing work.
Pay: $30.00 per hour
