FishEye Software is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for a full-time, benefited role (40 hours/week) to support day-to-day HR operations. Key areas include onboarding/offboarding, benefits coordination, HRIS management, compliance support, and employee relations. We offer a comprehensive benefits package featuring medical, dental, and vision insurance; short and long-term disability; life insurance; paid vacation time, sick leave and holidays; 401(k) plan with company match - plus many more exceptional perks!This is a hybrid role located in Maynard, MA (on-site 3 days/week).Key Responsibilities:Support daily HR operations, maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and administer HRIS data.Coordinate onboarding, orientation, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes.Respond to employee questions and concerns, providing guidance and support in a timely manner.Partner with managers and employees to support performance management, coordinate training/certifications, and assist with employee engagement, wellness programs, and HR project initiatives.Collaborate with Benefits Administration partner for policy administration, benefits management, and compliance with federal, state, local, and DoD requirements.Required Skills:U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.Associate or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.5 years of overall administrative experience, including at least 2 years supporting HR teams.Experience collaborating with HR and benefits consultants, leveraging knowledge of general HR practices, employment laws, and company policies to ask informed questions, evaluate recommendations, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Proficiency with HRIS systems (iSolved, Unanet), Microsoft Office, and strong attention to detail.Ability to handle confidential information, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively.Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Willingness and ability to travel as needed.Preferred:Knowledge of employment laws (EEOC, ADA, FMLA) and HR best practices.HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) a plus.Experience in DoD or government contracting environments.Salary Range:The annual salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 USD. The final salary will be determined based on the selected candidate's education, experience, skills, certifications, and other relevant qualifications, as well as applicable client or government contractual rates.This position requires eligibility to obtain a DOD Secret Security Clearance; US Citizenship is required.
