VP of Human Resources - Up to $120k bonus
Our client, a growing healthcare organization, is hiring a hands-on HR leader to oversee Human Resources across a multi-site, multi-state organization of ~200 employees. This newly created role is ideal for a well-rounded HR generalist who enjoys owning the full HR function while partnering closely with executive leadership. This role will oversee HR operations including policy development, employee relations, workforce planning, and multi-state labor law compliance, with a focus on wage & hour regulations. The position will also support organizational growth through new program launches and expansion. ***100% onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR and compliance advisor to executive leadership
- Oversee multi-state labor and employment law compliance, including wage & hour regulations, exempt/non-exempt classifications, overtime, PTO, FMLA, and ADA
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Manage complex employee relations issues and investigations
- Lead and support the organization’s HR staff and HR processes
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy
- Provide coaching, performance guidance, and leadership development
- Support operational growth initiatives and new healthcare program launches
Qualifications
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, healthcare industry required
- Experience supporting multi-site, multi-state organizations
- Strong knowledge of labor & employment law and wage/hour compliance
- Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification (SHRM-SCP or SPHR) preferred
Salary : $85,000 - $120,000
