Revenue Manager

Revenue Manager- Hybrid ( only a few times a quarter in the office)

We are partnering with a fast-growing public life sciences company seeking a highly motivated accounting professional to join its Revenue Accounting team in a high-impact, highly visible role reporting directly to the Revenue Controller.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and review revenue-related accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, fluctuation analyses, and month-end close processes

• Analyze complex gross-to-net accounting areas including pharmacy rebates, chargebacks, sales reserves, and customer-related considerations

• Partner closely with Commercial, Market Access, and FP&A teams to support go-to-market initiatives and ensure accurate accounting treatment

• Support new business initiatives and drive process improvements across the revenue accounting function

• Collaborate with external auditors and assist with technical accounting projects and internal controls

• Help strengthen reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and financial integrity across the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA strongly preferred

• 5 years of public accounting and/or corporate accounting experience, ideally within life sciences, healthcare, or public company environments

• Strong understanding of revenue accounting and financial reporting

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

• Experience with SAP is a plus

• Advanced Excel and strong analytical/problem-solving skills required
