Title: Revenue Accounting Manager
Location: Burlington, MA - Primarily Remote, a few times a quarter
2b Global Biotech/Medtech - Public, 30 % YoY growth, continuing to do extremely well. Product is one of its kind on the market.
We’re partnering with a High-Growth Public Company to hire a highly visible Revenue Accounting professional who will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting in a fast-growing, publicly traded environment.
Reporting directly to the Revenue Controller, this position sits at the intersection of Accounting, FP&A, and Commercial teams offering strong exposure to leadership and the broader business.
What You’ll Do
- Own the reconciliation and analysis of complex revenue accounting areas, including gross-to-net (rebates, chargebacks, and sales reserves)
- Partner cross-functionally with Market Access, FP&A, and Commercial teams to support go-to-market initiatives
- Review revenue journal entries, account reconciliations, and fluctuation analyses tied to monthly and quarterly close
- Support new business initiatives and ensure proper accounting treatment
- Collaborate with external auditors and provide key audit support
- Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls around revenue reporting
- Contribute to high-impact, cross-functional projects throughout the year
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred; MSA/MBA a plus)
- 5 years of public accounting and/or corporate experience (life sciences industry a plus)
- Strong knowledge of complex revenue accounting concepts
- Proven ability to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- SAP experience is a plus
Salary : $135,000 - $161,000
