We are partnering with a highly respected professional services organization in Boston that is seeking a Senior Collections Analyst to join its collaborative finance team. In this role, you will work closely with attorneys and senior leadership to manage delinquent accounts, support accounts receivable collections efforts, prepare reporting and supporting documentation, and help implement effective collection strategies. The position offers strong visibility across the organization and the opportunity to build trusted relationships with both internal stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with attorneys to manage and resolve outstanding accounts receivable balances

• Prepare and analyze monthly collections reporting

• Conduct collection outreach and negotiate payment arrangements when needed

• Maintain accurate collection records and supporting documentation

• Collaborate with leadership to improve collection processes and reduce delinquencies

• Build strong working relationships with attorneys, clients, and cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of collections experience within a professional services environment (law firm experience strongly preferred)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
