Title: Senior Manager, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting
Location: Bedford, MA - Hybrid, 3 days in office/2 remote

Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial reports and related public disclosures including 10-K & 10-Q.
- Manage technical accounting areas such as equity compensation, leasing arrangements, and internally developed software capitalization.
- Oversee the accuracy of GAAP and adjusted financial results, including cash flow reporting and supporting schedules.
- Support accounting and valuation workstreams for acquisitions, including purchase accounting and related disclosures, as well as targeted due diligence.
- Supervise a small team with one direct report, providing guidance and oversight across external reporting and technical accounting activities
- Serve as the primary contact for independent auditors, managing audit requests and coordinating review timelines to ensure efficient completion of filings.
- Organize and facilitate recurring disclosure meetings with internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Prepare internal management reporting packages and monthly analytical reviews of financial performance.
- Conduct accounting research and draft supporting documentation for complex or judgmental matters, collaborating with external advisors as needed.
- Develop position papers and recommendations on new accounting standards and policy updates.
- Maintain and refine corporate accounting policies and ensure compliance with applicable reporting requirements.
- Strengthen internal control frameworks by evaluating process design, identifying control gaps, and supporting remediation and enhancement efforts.
- Participate in various ad hoc and cross-functional projects supporting finance leadership.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 7 years of experience, with 3-4 years of Big Four public accounting experience preferred.
- Prior public company experience in a similar role.
- BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting, with MSA/MBA desirable.
Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
