What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Manager, SEC Reporting position at firstPRO, Inc?
I am working with a publicly traded software client looking to fill its Senior Manager for SEC Reporting.
This role would report to the Burlington office 3x per week. It would own the earnings filings, 10Q, and 10K.
Compensation is up to $180K 15% bonus RSU's
Qualified applicants must have:
- US Citizen or Green Card
- 7 years of experience
- Public company experience ($200M )
- Foundation in national public accounting
- Strong 10Q, 10K background
