What You’ll Be Doing
Financial & Operational Reporting
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that provide leadership with clear visibility into performance
- Deliver both financial and operational analysis that helps guide decision-making
- Support the monthly close cycle by validating data and explaining results compared to expectations
System Ownership & Reporting Infrastructure
- Serve as the internal expert for the company’s financial reporting platform
- Manage report structures, data uploads, and ongoing system maintenance
- Ensure reporting outputs remain consistent, accurate, and scalable as the organization grows
Business Performance Analysis
- Analyze key business drivers such as revenue trends, operational activity, labor metrics, and productivity indicators
- Evaluate results across locations, departments, and the organization overall
- Provide commentary that connects financial outcomes with real operational performance
KPI Tracking & Dashboards
- Build and maintain recurring dashboards used by leadership to monitor performance
- Standardize KPI calculations and definitions across the organization
- Continuously improve how metrics are presented and used in decision-making
Process & Data Improvements
- Maintain a deep understanding of the chart of accounts and reporting structures
- Help ensure data integrity between financial systems and reporting tools
- Document reporting logic and improve efficiency through automation and better processes
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 3 years of experience in financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, GAAP concepts, and reporting structures
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build complex reports and models
- Experience supporting recurring reporting cycles such as weekly metrics and month-end analysis
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
