A global pharmaceutical packaging company is seeking an experienced SAP Financial Accounting Consultant to support its accounting operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong general ledger experience and hands-on SAP knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
- Assist with financial reporting, account analysis, and supporting schedules.
- Review financial transactions for accuracy and compliance with accounting policies.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and account schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and improve processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience; Senior Accountant experience preferred.
- Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience required.
- Strong general ledger, journal entry, and account reconciliation experience.
- Experience with month-end close and financial reporting.
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Salary : $73,000 - $104,000
