Branch Manager, Camden, DE (On-site), $100,000–$120,000 - DIRECT HIRE

Branch Manager – Responsibilities

• Lead a newly opening $3–5M branch, with ownership of safety, customer retention, revenue growth, and gross profit margin.
• Manage a team of account managers and operations managers running 10 crews of about 40 field employees.
• Build trusted customer relationships, resolve escalated concerns, and support renewals and account growth.
• Direct daily operations, balancing labor, equipment, and scheduling to deliver efficient, high-quality service.
• Manage the branch budget, forecast, and annual plan while monitoring labor productivity and equipment utilization.
• Coach and develop branch leaders, and reinforce safety training and standards across the branch.

Branch Manager – Requirements

• 5 years of progressive leadership experience in landscaping, snow removal, or irrigation; construction, facilities management, or other field-service backgrounds will be considered.
• Combination of customer-facing account management and operations experience.
• Experience leading teams through front-line managers and managing branch financial performance.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record (required).
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Horticulture, Construction Management, or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency with landscape business software, preferably BOSS; NALP or DCNP certification is a plus.

Schedule:

Fully on-site, Monday through Friday, 7:45am–5:00pm, with some initial travel to other Delaware offices for training.
