Responsibilities
- Review, research, and remediate fallout records generated through Master Data Management (MDM) match and merge processes.
- Investigate data exceptions and perform corrections in accordance with established business rules, governance standards, and operational procedures.
- Validate match/merge outcomes and ensure entity resolution results align with data quality expectations.
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring data quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Execute data cleansing activities, including standardization, deduplication, formatting corrections, attribute validation, and record enrichment.
- Verify data accuracy, completeness, and consistency using approved tools, reports, and quality controls.
- Perform authorized bulk data updates and corrections while adhering to change management and governance requirements.
- Monitor data quality reports, dashboards, and exception queues to identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with Data Governance, Data Stewards, MDM Operations, and business stakeholders to resolve complex data quality challenges.
- Document remediation activities and maintain audit-ready records of data correction decisions and actions.
- Escalate policy-related or complex data issues as appropriate to ensure compliance with governance standards.
Requirement
- s2 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Stewardship, or a related data operations role
- .Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, filtering, and data cleansing techniques
- .Experience working with MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM or similar solutions
- .Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills with exceptional attention to detail
- .Ability to interpret business rules, matching logic, survivorship rules, and data governance standards
- .Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a fast-paced environment
- .Excellent written and verbal communication skills
