Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, set up, and configure desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Disconnect and relocate existing computer equipment, ensuring proper reset and functionality.
- Install, configure, and customize software applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Maintain and organize IT inventory, including deployments and returns.
- Document all work in the ticketing system and contribute to knowledge resources.
- Provide clear, professional communication to both technical and non-technical users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field OR equivalent combination of work experience and certifications.
- 1 years of IT support experience (desktop support, deployments, troubleshooting).
- Strong knowledge of Windows systems; Mac experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow technical instructions accurately and work independently.
- Strong problem-solving, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to move IT equipment (up to 50 lbs) between locations.
- Must be fully vaccinated to meet onsite requirements.
