Healthcare IT Project Manager

We are seeking a Healthcare IT Project Manager for a 6-month hybrid consulting engagement based in Marlton, NJ. This role will support IT initiatives within hospital and clinical environments, requiring a blend of technical expertise, project leadership, and collaboration with both clinical and administrative stakeholders. Occasional travel to additional South Jersey locations will be required.

Location: Marlton, NJ (Hybrid; occasional travel to South Jersey sites)

Duration: 6 Month Consulting Engagement

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Healthcare IT projects within hospital and clinical settings
• Coordinate with clinical, administrative, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Support infrastructure-related initiatives across hospital buildings and facilities
• Interpret and work with construction and infrastructure blueprints (PDF format)
• Collaborate with hospital plant operations and facilities teams on construction and infrastructure projects
• Ensure alignment with clinical workflows and inpatient hospital processes
• Drive communication and project updates across cross-functional stakeholders
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Healthcare IT Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure in hospital and clinical environments
• Basic understanding of inpatient hospital operations and clinical workflows
• Experience with hospital-based applications, with a strong preference for Epic
• Ability to read and interpret hospital construction and infrastructure blueprints
• Proven ability to work autonomously and engage effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
• Experience collaborating with facilities and plant operations teams

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience in healthcare construction or infrastructure-related IT projects
