Requirements: AR Accounting Specialist
✔ Accounts Receivable experience
✔ REQUIRED: Amazon reconciliation experience Shopify reconciliation experience
✔ REQUIRED: NetSuite exposure
✔ Experience with cash applications, reconciliations, journal entries
Responsibilities: AR Accounting Specialist
• Perform Amazon and Shopify reconciliations across U.S. and international marketplaces
• Research and resolve chargebacks, unapplied cash, and reconciliation discrepancies
• Manage cash applications and customer payment postings within NetSuite
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close activities
• Analyze large datasets in Excel to identify trends and discrepancies
• Support financial reporting and audit documentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve account issues and improve processes
