Key Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
- Manage workflows, documentation, and reporting standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, including system automation and optimization.
- Review reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements for accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal departments to establish accounting standards.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of accounting professionals.
Requirements:
- 8–12 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Active CPA license.
- Experience in manufacturing accounting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Salary : $155,000 - $165,000
