L3 desktop support refers to the highest level of technical expertise for resolving the most complex and critical desktop-related issues, acting as the final escalation point for L1 and L2 support. L3 technicians or engineers collaborate with team and vendors to perform root-cause analysis, develop fixes, and implement long-term solutions for deep-rooted problems.

- Administer, support Linux systems in large-scale production container environments.
- Automate infrastructure using Ansible; manage Hadoop clusters and containers.
- Monitor performance via Grafana/Prometheus; ensure system configuration compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally; strong communication and scripting skills are essential.
- Support DR/BCP, maintain HIPAA/PHI compliance, ensure infrastructure security.
