Temporary Process Assistant

Position Summary:

The Process Assistant is responsible for handling proofs of service and process serving requests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review the documents being served on the clients behalf.
• Print or e-mail the documents for the server.
• Provide any special instructions as indicated by the client.
• Make sure the job is assigned to the server in Serve Manager.
• Dispatch the work and follow up with Servers for status.
• Update our clients regarding their proof of service and any additional information as needed.
• Making operational and process decisions
• Solving problems creatively
• Organizing and delegating assignments to process members.
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent 
• 0-1 years of previous experience in a similar role.

Schedule/Location:

• In Office: New York, NY
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
