Process Manager

Position Summary:

The Process Manager is responsible for overseeing the Process department and ensuring all client requests are handled in a timely manner based on the clients’ deadlines. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversees the entire team and helps each desk when needed.
• Check the power track for orders and updates.
  •    Handles the check log.
  •    Deals with client calls.
  •    Checks to make sure the proof is being entered and returned.
  •    Managing a team of 20 Process Servers as well as 3-4 in house employees.
  •    Supporting operations that generate approximately 4 million dollars in annual revenue.
  •    Maintaining relationships with many key clients, with a retention rate of 99%.
  •    Driving efficiency improvements.
  •    Managing the Process department's staff. 
• Planning and development of projects.
• Making operational and process decisions.
  •    Solving problems creatively.
  •    Organizing and delegating assignments to team members.
  •    Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2-3 years of previous experience in a supervisor, team lead or similar role.

Schedule/Location:

• In Office: New York, NY 
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
