What are the responsibilities and job description for the Process Specialist position at First Legal Network LLC?
Position Summary:
The Process Specialist is responsible for handling proofs of service and process serving requests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review the documents being served on the clients behalf.
- Print or e-mail the documents for the server.
- Provide any special instructions as indicated by the client.
- Make sure the job is assigned to the server in Serve Manager.
- Dispatch the work and follow up with Servers for status.
- Update our clients regarding their proof of service and any additional information as needed.
- Making operational and process decisions
- Solving problems creatively
- Organizing and delegating assignments to process members.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 0-1 years of previous experience in a similar role.
Schedule/Location:
- In Office: Henderson, NV
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
