What You’ll Do
- Originate and process consumer loans, working toward both individual and team goals.
- Review member information to identify opportunities for financial products that truly meet their needs.
- Build trusted relationships through meaningful conversations -not just transactions.
- Assist members with new account openings, membership requests, and account maintenance.
- Manage loan and deposit goals with a focus on accuracy, care, and compliance.
- Provide outstanding service through in-person, phone, and electronic channels.
- Partner with your teammates to ensure every member leaves feeling supported and valued.
What You Bring
- An Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (previous financial or lending experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills -you listen first, speak clearly, and explain financial solutions in ways that make sense to members.
