Member Service Representative II

This role blends relationship-building with financial expertise. You’ll guide members through loan options, open new accounts, and provide personalized service that helps members navigate life’s financial milestones. Every interaction is a chance to make a member’s day a little easier and their future a little brighter.

What You’ll Do

• Originate and process consumer loans, working toward both individual and team goals.
• Review member information to identify opportunities for financial products that truly meet their needs.
• Build trusted relationships through meaningful conversations -not just transactions.
• Assist members with new account openings, membership requests, and account maintenance.
• Manage loan and deposit goals with a focus on accuracy, care, and compliance.
• Provide outstanding service through in-person, phone, and electronic channels.
• Partner with your teammates to ensure every member leaves feeling supported and valued.

What You Bring

• An Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (previous financial or lending experience is a plus).
• Strong communication skills -you listen first, speak clearly, and explain financial solutions in ways that make sense to members.
• A caring, member-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
• Attention to detail and solid organization skills -you balance efficiency with warmth.
• Confidence using computer and digital banking systems.
• Flexibility, reliability, and a genuine enthusiasm for teamwork.
