What You’ll Do
Ensure the teller line runs smoothly, including opening, closing, and daily balancing
Engage members in conversation to understand needs and identify appropriate product referrals
Assist with account services, including account closures and resolving member concerns
Coordinate teller line scheduling and workflow
Process member transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and wires
Serve as primary Vault Custodian and manage daily cash operations
Support and train tellers, acting as a resource and first point of escalation

What You Bring
At least 2 years of cash handling and customer service experience
At least 1 year of teller experience
Vault certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced, member-facing environment
Ability to navigate Windows-based systems
