Job Purpose
Receptionist to directly assist the office manager with daily functions. Position is entry level and will provide on the job training. Must be able to work Monday - Friday (part-time 4-5 hrs a day) with opportunity to become full-time.
Duties
Greet customers, answer phones, provide service quotes, create work orders, schedule services, determines glass specifications by studying work order; order and/or return parts and materials, track inventory, tender customer payments, maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Skills/Qualifications
Basic vehicle knowledge, Computer experience, Supply Management, Customer Service, Clearly Spoken Verbal Communication, Listening, Reporting Skills, Dependability, Attention to Detail, Professionalism, Functional and Technical Skills, Thoroughness, Organized, Comfortable working in an auto shop environment.
