Auto Glass Technician (Experienced)

Hiring an Experienced Auto Glass Technician. Must be over 18, licensed and have a clean driving record.

Tasks and Responsibilities include inspecting vehicle glass for damage, confirming parts, removing and installing windshields, door glasses, back glass, vents, quarters etc. Experience with body shop pulls (remove and install). Able to follow Sika product specifications and applications, applying adhesives, provide proper glass repairs both mobile and in shop. Adhering to safety and quality standards, managing inventory, accurately recording work, and provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers, completing all necessary paperwork. Keep all work areas tidy before, during and after repairs. This includes customer locations, vans and in shop.

Bonus Skills (but not required to hire): Certified technician, proven experience cutting glass, completing ADAS calibrations, body shop mechanic experience, classic car installs, heavy equipment glass installs. Semi-truck and tractor replacements.

Hours: 40 a week

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Wages: $22-25 (DOE)

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license
• Strong mechanical skills.
• Good dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift 25-40lbs (when moving glass/parts)
• Detail-oriented.
• Proven experience in auto glass repair and installation
• Willing to learn.
• Technician Certifications (if not currently certified must be willing to)
