Job Purpose
Receptionist to directly assist the office manager with daily functions. Position is part time. Must be able to work Monday-Friday (4-5 hours a day) with opportunity to become full-time. Must have customer service, basic math and computer experience.
Duties
Greet customers, answer phones, provide service quotes, create work orders, schedule services, determines glass specifications by studying work order; order and/or return parts and materials, track inventory, create spreadsheets, tender customer payments, maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Skills/Qualifications
Basic vehicle knowledge, Computer experience, Microsoft Office Word and Excel, Able to type quickly and accurately, Supply Management, Customer Service, Clearly Spoken Verbal Communication, Listening, Reporting Skills, Dependability, Attention to Detail, Professionalism, Functional and Technical Skills, Thoroughness, Organized, Willing to show up ready to work. Comfortable working in an auto shop environment.
