ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Administrative Assistant to support our team. This role plays a key part in helping our clinics and leaders operate efficiently so they can focus on what matters most~ taking exceptional care of our people and our patients.
This is not a traditional, task-based administrative role. The needs of this position will evolve as our organization grows, and the right candidate will be someone who is energized by variety, embraces change, and is willing to step in wherever needed.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage front desk activities including mail, pickups, deliveries, and phone calls
- Provide structured administrative support to leadership and other teams
- Support onboarding efforts for new doctors and team members
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and internal communications
- Maintain organized systems for files, reporting, and operational tracking
- Assist with enterprise initiatives, projects, and cross-functional deliverables
- Coordinate the purchase and organization of breakroom supplies
- Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred (healthcare or dental a plus)
- Strong ability to keep information confidential
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working with changing priorities and ambiguity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (experience with dental software is a bonus)

Salary : $20 - $24
