HR Generalist (Hybrid)

We’re seeking a HR Generalist who operates with both precision and empathy—someone who can balance compliance with compassion, structure with creativity, and business priorities with an elevated employee experience.
What You’ll Do
• Partner with leaders on employee relations, coaching, and performance management
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for clinical and corporate roles
• Guide employees through FMLA, ADA, and leave processes
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and healthcare regulations (HIPAA, OSHA)
• Support onboarding, training, and development in a remote environment
• Strengthen culture across multiple locations
• Analyze HR data to drive strategic decisions
• Lead key HR initiatives tied to growth and scalability
What You Bring
• 3 years of progressive HR experience (healthcare or dental preferred)
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Experience managing employee relations with discretion and professionalism
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• High emotional intelligence and sound judgment
