Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care to patients in the safety and comfort of their homes. The RN will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient progress, identifying and reporting changes in condition.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of Wyoming.
- Minimum years of experience: 0 years; new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
