- Seeking a Litigation Attorney to manage complex civil litigation matters with an emphasis on insurance defense and tort litigation.
- The successful candidate will independently manage files while collaborating with a dynamic litigation team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation matters from inception through trial.
- Conduct depositions.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.
- Evaluate claims and legal strategies.
- Prepare witnesses and experts.
- Attend court proceedings.
- Manage discovery.
- Communicate with clients.
Required Qualifications:
- JD degree.
- Active Texas Bar admission.
- 4–6 years of litigation experience.
- Strong legal writing and advocacy skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Insurance defense experience.
- Trial experience.
- Tort litigation background.
