We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Urologist to join a premier, award-winning urology practice affiliated with a top-rated hospital system in the Baltimore, MD metropolitan area. This full-time, onsite opportunity offers a highly competitive compensation range (Min USD $59.00/Hr. – Max USD $999.99/Hr.) and a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision, 403(b) with a generous match, PTO, and more. You will be stepping into a mature, well-established practice to replace a retiring physician, working in a state-of-the-art environment equipped with the latest da Vinci robotic systems. You will be joining a highly respected urology department recognized throughout the Mid-Atlantic for excellence in urological disease diagnosis and treatment. This role offers the perfect blend of autonomous surgical practice and collaborative team support, set within a community hospital environment that delivers university-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care for a broad range of urological disorders, including prostate, bladder, and kidney diseases and cancers.
• Perform advanced surgeries utilizing minimally invasive techniques, traditional open surgery, and state-of-the-art robotic systems.
• Collaborate with a 4-doctor team and 3 PAs to elevate clinical excellence and build a loyal patient base.
• Participate in a balanced 1:4 call schedule with dedicated PA coverage on weekends.
• Implement best-in-practice standards to advance patient care initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Advanced surgical training in minimally invasive surgery as well as traditional open surgery.
• Expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of prostate, bladder, and kidney diseases and cancers.

Technical and Soft Skills:

• Technical: Proficiency in minimally invasive and open surgery; experience with da Vinci® robotic surgical systems (Si and Xi) and Firefly imaging is highly advantageous.
• Soft Skills: Compassionate patient care, strong collaborative spirit, leadership potential, and a passion for making a meaningful community impact.
