Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters.

• Handle sophisticated financial services litigation.

• Develop litigation strategies for complex business disputes.

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.

• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.

• Prepare witnesses, experts, and clients for depositions and trial.

• Participate in all phases of trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.

• Advise clients on litigation strategy and risk management.

• Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on high-profile matters.

• Manage multiple litigation files while meeting court deadlines.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience.

• Experience at a major law firm.
