Firman Solutions is a growing U.S.-based staffing firm supporting hospitals, healthcare systems, and medical organizations nationwide. We are expanding our U.S. recruiting team and seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to help deliver top clinical and non-clinical talent.
This role works closely with leadership and our global sourcing team to fill positions quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
• Recruit healthcare professionals for contract and direct hire roles
• Work on roles such as nurses, allied health, physicians, medical assistants, and healthcare support staff
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and present qualified profiles to clients
• Coordinate interviews and support offer process
• Partner with Business Development team on client hiring needs
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and pipeline
• Ensure fast turnaround time on open positions

Compensation
Base Salary - $55,000 – $70,000 per year
Performance Incentives
• $500 – $1,000 bonus per successful placement OR
• 5% of placement fee for direct hire roles
• Additional bonuses for high monthly placements
Expected Total Earnings
$75,000 – $95,000 annually depending on performance
Requirements
• 2 years healthcare recruiting experience preferred
• Experience working in staffing agency environment is a plus
• Strong communication and candidate screening skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or ATS systems preferred
