- The Project Engineer (PE) provides technical and administrative support to ensure the successful planning and execution of construction projects. The PE works closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to maintain project documentation, track progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with company standards. This role serves as the foundation of the project management career path, with exposure to all aspects of preconstruction, execution, and closeout.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 0–3 years of construction or engineering experience (internships or co-ops acceptable).
- Strong organizational and technical skills.
- Familiarity with scheduling, estimating, and project management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
