Job Summary
We are seeking a General Dentist Associate to provide comprehensive oral health services to patients. The ideal candidate will perform preventive, restorative, and complex dental procedures while ensuring quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide routine preventive and maintenance dentistry, as well as treatment for advanced diseases and injuries affecting the teeth and gums.
- Deliver emergency dental services, including diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Perform restorative procedures, crown and bridge work, removable prosthetics, uncomplicated endodontics, and minor oral surgery.
- Initiate and interpret dental radiographs.
- Administer and prescribe anesthetics and medications as appropriate.
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive dental care.
- Supervise dental hygienists and dental residents as assigned.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree, or equivalent.
- Current, unrestricted Massachusetts dental license.
- Ability to provide a broad range of general dental services.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
Salary : $140,000 - $180,000
