Schedule: 3rd shift, four 10-hour days with a 3-day weekend
Position Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee CNC machining and assembly operations on the third shift.
- This role is responsible for leading production teams, ensuring quality and safety standards, meeting production targets, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and develop manufacturing employees.
- Coordinate production schedules, workflow, and staffing.
- Monitor quality, productivity, costs, and delivery timelines.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Promote workplace safety, housekeeping, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate production records and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in CNC machining.
- High school diploma required; related college education preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
