As we continue expanding nationwide, we are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to help grow new client partnerships and expand existing accounts.
Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager with experience selling staffing or recruiting services across one or more industries including:
• Healthcare staffing (clinical, allied health, non-clinical)
• Engineering & technical staffing
• Manufacturing & industrial roles
• Professional services & corporate roles
This is a Hybrid position within the United States, reporting directly to the CEO, with significant growth potential as we scale our U.S. presence.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients across healthcare, engineering, and professional sectors
• Generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, referrals, and industry events
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and procurement teams
• Present Firman Solutions’ staffing capabilities and value proposition to prospective clients
• Negotiate service agreements, rates, and partnership terms
• Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful candidate delivery
• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasting
• Represent Firman Solutions professionally in client meetings and industry interactions

Required Qualifications
• 3 years experience in staffing agency business development OR recruitment sales
• Proven track record of generating new client relationships
• Experience selling into healthcare, engineering, IT, or professional staffing markets preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach campaigns
Compensation Structure
We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward high performance:
Base Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 per year
On Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 – $160,000
Commission Plan
• 10% – 15% commission on direct hire placement fees
• 3% – 5% commission on contract staffing gross margin
• Uncapped earning potential
