Responsibilities - Generate new business opportunities and maintain
strong client relationships within assigned territories or market
segments. - Promote fire sprinkler solutions including installations,
retrofits, inspections, repairs, and ongoing service offerings. -
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold
calling, referrals, and industry events. - Develop and maintain a robust
sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed sales goals. - Create and
execute strategic account plans to effectively manage and grow your
client base. - Conduct client consultations to evaluate fire protection
needs and recommend appropriate sprinkler system solutions. - Prepare
and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and quotations to
prospective customers. - Collaborate with design, estimating, and
project management teams to ensure accurate project scope, pricing, and
scheduling. - Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to
provide support and identify additional service opportunities. - Stay
current with industry trends, local fire codes, NFPA standards, and
applicable regulations. - Accurately track sales activities, leads,
proposals, and follow-ups using CRM software. - Provide reliable sales
forecasting and contribute to strategic business growth initiatives
Skills & Qualifications - Proven sales experience with a track record of
meeting or exceeding quotas. - Strong technical knowledge and industry
experience related to fire sprinkler systems. - Excellent communication,
negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strategic thinker with strong
Business Acumen And Problem-solving Abilities. - Experience Using CRM
software and sales tracking tools. - Self-motivated with strong
presentation and communication skills.
