inspections and functional tests of fire sprinkler systems, including
control panels, initiating devices, notification appliances, and
auxiliary equipment. - Perform troubleshooting and minor repairs to
ensure systems are operational. - Accurately complete inspection
reports, documenting findings, deficiencies, and recommendations in
compliance with NFPA standards and local regulations. - Provide
customers with clear explanations of inspection results and corrective
actions needed. - Maintain a strong understanding of NFPA codes,
Manufacturer Requirements, And Company Procedures. - Collaborate With
service teams to address and resolve system issues identified during
inspections. - Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are maintained and
properly stored. - Assist in maintaining customer satisfaction by
providing professional and courteous service. - Adhere to all company
Safety Policies, Procedures, And Practices. Skills & Qualifications -
High school diploma or equivalent. - Minimum 2 years experience
inspecting, maintaining, or installing fire sprinkler systems. - Valid
Fire Alarm license in Massachusetts and Rhode Island preferred. - Must
have a valid driver\'s license and clean driving record. - Strong
communication and customer service skills. - Must be able to work
independently with minimal supervision, follow directions and meet
deadlines. - Must be flexible with working hours and be willing to be
part of an on-call rotation. - Report to assigned job site location on
time, as directed. - Maintain and properly store tools, materials, and
