control panels, initiating devices, notification appliances, and
auxiliary equipment. - Perform troubleshooting and minor repairs to
ensure systems are operational. - Accurately complete inspection
reports, documenting findings, deficiencies, and recommendations in
compliance with NFPA standards and local regulations. - Provide
customers with clear explanations of inspection results and corrective
actions needed. - Maintain a strong understanding of NFPA codes,
Manufacturer Requirements, And Company Procedures. - Collaborate With
service teams to address and resolve system issues identified during
inspections. - Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are maintained and
properly stored. - Assist in maintaining customer satisfaction by
providing professional and courteous service. - Adhere to all company
Safety Policies, Procedures, And Practices. Skills & Qualifications -
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in electronics, fire
protection, or a related field preferred. - 2 years of experience
inspecting, maintaining, or installing fire sprinkler systems. -
Licensed Journeymen in Rhode Island and Massachusetts - Back Flow
Testing Certification - Knowledge of NFPA 25 and local fire codes. -
Strong technical troubleshooting skills. - Proficiency in using
inspection tools and devices. - Ability to read and interpret
blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. - Excellent verbal and
written communication skills. - Customer-focused with a professional
demeanor. - Strong organizational and time management skills. The
