Finish Line Staffing is hiring an experienced Electrical Foreman for a fast-paced data center project in Mesa, Arizona. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with an expected schedule of 45–50 hours per week.
Pay: $38/hour $100 daily per diem
Responsibilities
- Lead a crew of 8–10 electricians and lay out daily work.
- Review plans and blueprint drawings on an iPad.
- Complete job safety analyses (JSAs).
- Coordinate work and order materials to keep the crew on schedule.
Requirements
- Electrical foreman experience on at least 2–3 previous projects.
- Ability to lead a crew in a fast-paced, mission critical construction environment.
- Comfort using an iPad to review plans and drawings.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
