- nce).Five or more years of purchasing, sourcing, or supplier management experience within a manufacturing environ
- ment.Demonstrated success leading strategic sourcing initiatives and negotiating supplier agreem
- ents.Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, supplier relationship management, and commodity stra
- tegy.Experience working with SAP and MRP sys
- tems.Understanding of manufacturing processes related to fabricated, machined, electrical, hydraulic, or powertrain compon
- ents.Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documenta
- tion.Strong analytical skills with experience in market analysis, cost modeling, and data-driven decision ma
- king.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building sk
