A client of ours in Hilton Head is looking to hire a Revenue Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will enjoy helping with the guest experience, driving revenue strategy, and coaching a team with excellent guest services standards. This is a direct hire role and fully onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Help to lead and develop a team of vacation planners
- Drive revenue through smart booking strategies and upsell opportunities
- Work with forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics to support business goals
- Manage staffing requirements and help to interview, hire and train new employees
Qualifications:
- Experience working with full service resorts
- Ability to contribute to employee development
- Reservation Department management experience
- Strong communication skills
Benefits & Compensation:
- $65k - $70K commission
- PTO, Health Insurance, 401k
