A commercial real estate firm is seeking a Client Services Coordinator in their Spartanburg, SC office. This role supports a team of brokers through administrative, transaction, and operational coordination. Direct Hire | 8:30am - 5pm | 4:1 Hybrid Schedule
Responsibilities:
- Support approximately five brokers with day-to-day administrative and operational needs
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of property listings and marketing materials
- Manage listing files, updates, renewals, and transaction documentation
- Generate commission invoices and assist with payment tracking
- Coordinate contracts, agreements, and related brokerage paperwork
- Schedule meetings, property tours, and client appointments
- Manage calendars, contacts, and select social media accounts
- Serve as a liaison between brokers and internal support teams
- Monitor recurring tasks and ensure timely completion of deliverables
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Interest in commercial real estate preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- $55,000 - $60,000 base salary, based on experience
