The Role
Company is seeking an Account Executive to join the growing team to work on larger, high-profile accounts. This is a hands-on, producer-heavy role ideal for someone who thrives in an agency environment and wants to plug in quickly with meaningful responsibilities. This person will serve as frontline client support, contribute directly to execution, and grow into owning accounts over time.
This role is approximately 65–70% traditional PR with around 30% advertising and integrated marketing, offering exposure to full-service marketing communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary producer on assigned accounts, drafting press releases, talking points, and written content
- Support and eventually step into managing larger national accounts as needs grow
- Participate in influencer programs, advertising initiatives, and content schedules for key clients
- Serve as front-line client contact, joining calls and supporting day-to-day communication
- Assist with traffic management, timelines, and content execution across multiple accounts
- Collaborate with strategists on campaign execution, with exposure to budget and planning discussions
Ideal Background
- 1–3 years of agency experience in PR, marketing communications, or integrated marketing
- Must have agency experience
- Proven experience supporting accounts and being client-facing (calls, deliverables, coordination)
- Comfortable in a producer role — someone who enjoys executing, not just managing
- Familiar with content development and client communications, even if not owning daily content
Work Environment & Culture
- Greenville-based, fully in-office role (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM)
- Alternating Friday afternoons off between Memorial Day and Labor Day
