Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Deposit Operations Specialist with experience using Fiserv Premier. This role is key to supporting the bank’s operational integrity through the accurate processing of daily transactions, wires, ACH corrections, and customer support tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily exception items, including:
- Non-posts, insufficient funds (NSFs), and stop payments via Fiserv Premier
- PIM Returns and ACH corrections via Fiserv Director
- Handle return deposit items and review ACH reports for accuracy
- Review FED recon reports and process required adjustments
- Key domestic and international wire entries
- Provide customer support via phone for:
- Online Banking, TransferNow, Zelle issues
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of experience using Fiserv Premier in a deposit operations role
